Counselling and Psychotherapy in Sonning Common, Nr Reading and London, Paddington W2
You are probably reading this because you feel things have becoming difficult and overwhelming to manage. Do you feel you may need help with your mental health? You may feel stuck and do not know how to move on. You maybe feeling anxious, depressed, unhappy, lonely, have low mood, anger, sadness or loss. Do you have difficulties with relationships, whether romantic, friendships, family or at work? Perhaps you are struggling with a life event, redundancy or loss of work. These difficulties tend to originate from our past experiences and can be worked on in therapy.

I aim to provide the supportive conditions to help you to grow, learn, heal and become empowered.
