You may feel stuck and do not know how to move on. You maybe feeling anxious, depressed, unhappy, lonely, have low mood, anger, sadness or loss. Do you have difficulties with relationships, whether romantic, friendships, family or at work? Perhaps you are struggling with a life event, redundancy or loss of work.
